Update (kind of)

Well it's 9:20 pm and Rachael is still in labor. She's totally wiped out but she's been very strong. I hope to have more news soon. I will post.

Today is the day! (I hope)

We're in the hospital now, Rachael is asleep as I'm writing.  We checked in last night and started a mild procedure of induction.  Neither of us got much sleep because of the excitement (and in my case the tiny recliner.)  We were hoping to avoid inducing but baby is too happy inside I guess.  The nursing staff has been great and Dr. Parks seems happy with our progress so far.  Fortunatelyeveryone here understands the birth experience we want to have and are slowly inducing hoping to give Rachael a little jump start.  Rachael is waking up now so I'll finish writing later.  And I'll post some pictures too.

April Fool's Day Baby

So it looks like Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm hoping for Wednesday.

2 Days Over Due

I guess little Lucy just doesn't want to come out. Rachael is making it way too comfortable for her in there.
